The internet filter is approved and the bill will be presented to
parliament next year. :(

But here

anti-filter campaign is failing.

Essentially it's because Conroy isn't pushing the filter because he
thinks its a good idea, it's because they've cut a deal with the
Australian Christian Lobby.
